Learn how to make one of the most powerful probiotic foods: raw sauerkraut!

This is a hands-on workshop. We will start making sauerkraut in a jar together, and each participant will take her/his own jar home at the end of the workshop. We will learn about fermented foods, why they are considered important for our health and what the benefits of consuming them on a regular basis are.
