Presenter: Margaret Brace, an experienced yoga practitioner since 2004
Yoga helps you to be more flexible. You work at your own pace, and alternatives are given to help you to get the most out of the yoga practice. There are many forms of yoga, and Margaret teaches Hatha Yoga, which is the Union of Mind and Prana (Life Force) with the Self. This union is achieved through a co-ordination of exercises and postures, breathing and relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Margaret has a few spares, so just ask before the workshop if you’d like to borrow one.
