The exercises of Qi Gong combine meditation and concentration with certain sequences of movement. Qi Gong is an element of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and stimulates blood flow and organ function, calms the nervous system and releases internal as well as muscular tension. By practicing Qi Gong you can activate self-healing forces to prevent disease and learn to still the mind.
From this workshop you will take away a 45 minute introduction to the Qi Gong core exercises by a professional instructor. You will then have the opportunity to learn specific exercises according your individual health condition as well as having personal interview with an experienced Chinese TCM therapist. She will show you what natural steps you can take to improve your health in a natural way.
Reto Suhner Ernst (www.itcca.ch) is an experienced, professional Qi Gong instructor. Kim Zimmermann-Chan (www.tcm-chan.ch/en) is a recognised Chinese TCM therapist and affiliated with the NVS (Nature Doctors Association of Switzerland).
