Learn about the properties of wool and how it is transformed into yarn. We will go through the basics of the spinning wheel and how to create your own one-of-a-kind yarn to take home.
Besides being a professional opera singer, Anna Soranno is an avid hand spinner and knitter. She first fell in love with sheep, wool and spinning on the island of Shetland in Scotland. She has since studied with Master Spinners such as, Liz Lovick from the Orkney, and Judith MacKenzie of the United States.
