Interested in learning more about mindfulness and creating your own meditation practice?
The Inner Matrix Group experience is a simple yet powerful way to learn techniques and tools to develop your own practice. Participants read the book "The Inner Matrix" by Joey Klein, and meet for 90 minutes once a week for 5 weeks to discuss, share and learn about its concepts. In the last 30 minutes of class, we will learn a new guided meditation that correlates with the chapters read and that you can practice at home with the free online materials that are part of the experience. This free class for members offers the opportunity to create meaningful connections, develop self awareness and have fun!
The Inner Matrix book will be made available for purchase (18 CHF) at first meeting.
