Hands-on fermentation workshop. We will learn how to make sauerkraut. Each fermenter will start a jar and learn the basics of fermentation. At the end of this workshop, you will take home the sauerkraut jar you started at the workshop.

Claudia is passionate about fermented foods, especially those you can make at home and that have the power to improve your overall health. She has been teaching fermentation for the pas 5 years, and loves to spread the love of making these delicious superfoods.
