Japanese Sushi: a very popular and regular class at workshop week is Toshiko Scheurer and Masami Hiltpold’s Sushi making course. They will share their expert skills as they lead us through the art of sushi. Each participant will learn to use a bamboo mat to roll the rice and seaweed and prepare the delights on our menu: California roll, vegetarian roll and inari sushi.
What to bring: Apron, sushi roll if you have one
