This month we're going to Schlüssel, or The Key in English. They are a neighborhood place, with traditional Swiss cuisine. At press time, their menu, which changes daily, included Gerstensuppe (pea and barley soup) or Hörnli und Gehacktes mit apfelmus (macaroni and hamburger meat with applesauce), among other local dishes. The vegetarian offering was nudeln mit federkohl und rahmpilzen ( noodles with kale and cream mushrooms). Sounds good to us!
