Presenter: Michael Jones
British cheese in Switzerland? Yes, why not! Discover some very special (and different) cheeses from the worlds largest cheese country and find out why it's not such a famous cheese producing nation. We'll take a tour through the UK tasting 5 or 6 artisan cheeses and also learn why beer can be the perfect partner for cheese.
A complimentary glass of ""Craft Beer"" will also be included - and if you think you don't like beer, wait till you try what is on offer (but don't worry, wine will also be available!).
The Cheeseman is well known in Zürich for his amazing cheeses but also for his stories of the cheeses, the cheesemakers but also of the customers from many countries who buy from him. As well as a Cheeseman, he's also a Beerman being the founder of Zürich's first craft beer bar, The International. www.thecheeseman.ch
