We will be preparing a variety of Lebanese Mezze like Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Tabbouléh in addition to the Barbecue Skewers Shish Taouk and Kafta.
Khodor Smit is a chef for both Lebanese and Italian food. He worked for 6 years in a Lebanese restaurant in London, and has resided in Zurich now for a year. Maher Hoteit will be assisting him.
