The holidays are upon us! Perfect time to show off your baking skills, and a perfect time to make apple strudel. In this workshop we will make apple strudel (we will not be making the dough from scratch), and two kinds of whipped cream (dairy and vegan). In the end we will all sit and enjoy a slice our of creation. The recipes will include ways to make this nut, dairy and gluten free - though for this class I will make it with nuts and gluten.
Alicia recently moved here from the US. A former nonprofit manager, she is taking her time getting to know Zurich. In her free time she can be found learning German or learning about the local community. Her hobbies include reading, writing, gluten free cooking and searching for secondhand shops .
Workshop Fee: Members CHF 20, Non-members CHF 30
Additional Materials Fee: CHF 5 (Please pay, in cash, at workshop)
