Did my self confidence hide somewhere between the rolls on my belly or behind a stretch mark? How do other mothers keep their serenity? I invite you to an open talk about motherhood and its effect on your body ( and mind). Let me bust some myths and arm you with actionable advice from a perspective of a Wellness Coach.
