Ice Qi: Calming TaoYoga Flow Experience a relaxing and refreshing movement class based on elements of gentle stretches and breathing from Taoist Yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The only prerequisite for this class is that all participants should feel comfortable getting up and down from a seated position on the floor. Please bring your own mat if you have one, some mats are available to use at the clubhouse if you don't own one.
Cost: 20 CHF Members/30 CHF Non-Members.
