Do you find yourself wanting to make a change, but are not quite clear where to start? Have you wanted to take the first step, but have been held back - by your own self? Change - professional and personal - is inevitable, often messy and mostly non-linear. It is how we navigate through those changes that makes the difference. In this workshop you will become more aware of your own perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and coping mechanisms during a period of change or transition and will learn how to use them to your advantage.
