ZOOM MEETING
Lynn Welter will introduce different ways in which journaling can benefit us in our every day lives to reflect on our feelings and experiences and find more clarity when we are stuck. Spring symbolises a new season, the end of winter, the renew with flowers returning and animals awakening after hibernating. We’ll use this occasion to explore our goals for the coming months through journaling prompts and define some simple, clear ways to move forward.

AWCZ Cancellation and No Show Policy: For those cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless she/he has cancelled before the cancellation deadline in writing or per e-mail. For free Events and Activities, as we need an accurate head count for the caterers, the cancellation deadline should be honored. Thank you for your understanding.
