There are many methods of fraud in the digital world. Together, they lead to financial losses in the billions. And seniors are usually the target – although anybody can be scammed. But there is hope. By now there are many good channels that have the common goal of raising awareness about the issue. My talk has the same goal and will give you practical knowledge and insights into how real scam call centers work. After the talk, I will be available for individual IT support for your phones and laptops, so bring your devices with you.
