WORKSHOP CANCELED
Lynn Welter will share how journaling has helped her through her motherhood journey so far. She will offer some journaling prompts that we can dive into together. She wants to hold the space for you, a space where you can put yourself first for a little moment and reflect on your priorities as a mother. There will also be some time to discuss and share your reflections at the end.
