Samiksha Nanda, as an avid foodie, learnt how to cook when she moved to Zurich over 18 years ago to make up for the lack, at that time, of different cuisines available outside. What was meant as a survival skill soon morphed into a passion and she now offers cooking courses at her local community center and for raising funds for various causes.
