I teach scientifically proven breath work and meditation practices from a wide variety of traditions so you can explore and identify which practices can help guide you to your Zen Zone. All practices are simple to follow and can be done seated in a chair or on a meditation cushion. There are many forms of meditation for many different minds, so if one type doesn’t work for you, perhaps another will be your key to success! Join all three sessions or any individual sessions.
