Relaxing Hatha Yoga Class
Join Teddy for a rejuvenating experience at the AWCZ Clubhouse every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am for our Relaxing Yoga class!
Teddy is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor from Bulgaria with a wealth of teaching experience. This class offers a blend of breathing exercises, stretching, and cardio movements to invigorate both body and mind.
