Celebrate Greek culture and food with our resident Greek chef and dance teacher Isabella Müllenbach.
With careful preparations and select ingredients you will be making Kremidòsupa me tyri (Onion soup with cheese), Bakaliàros a bianco (Wittling or Merlan/Dorsch with potato-garlic sauce) and Spanakòriso (rice with spinach).
The meal will finish with specialty fruits.
Extra Material costs: CHF 10- to be paid to the presenter on the day of the workshop.
Cost: CHF 20 Members/CHF 35 Non-Members.

For cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless they have cancelled before the cancellation deadline. For free Events and Activities, as we need an accurate head count for the caterers, the cancellation deadline should be honored. Thank you for your understanding.

Isabella Müllenbach is a Greek by heritage and by heart. She loves to share her culture with others both in the kitchen and on the dance floor. She is a skilled teacher in the kitchen and will share with you step-by-step how to make each dish. You will also receive recipes so you can recreate your Greek meal at home.
