Our nervous system defines our emotional, cognitive, physical, behavioral and sensory (interoceptive) state: even a tiny trigger can unconsciously set us in a state of alarm, getting us worried or angry about our environment or ourselves, taking us to telling ourselves stories as to why we are in this state, developing unpleasant body sensations and reactions to others, and leading us to shut down our interoceptive state (in order to not feel more of it all). How does that happen so suddenly? Say thank you to your nervous system, who has just tried to save you from that oh so tiny danger – and done so well, that you are now filled with an uncomfortable energy excess that you need to get out.

Our nervous system has such a large impact on our life and yet, how little do we know about it. In this workshop, we’ll set ourselves to learn about it and especially about how we can regulate it. This will help us feel more at ease just as well as our children will. Then, there is not one way to regulate a child. But there is one certain way to dysregulate him or her: being around dysregulated grown-ups.

Looking forward to a human workshop without normative or shame. We are all human.

This workshop will be held online.

Cost: CHF 20  Members/CHF 35 Non-Members.
