The Motherhood Juggling Act: A Guided Workshop

This workshop uses the metaphor of balance and juggling to help moms of kids of all ages sort through competing demands for their time, energy, attention. We juggle it all, but not all of the balls are equal. Through guided reflection exercises and discussion, participants will identify what they truly need to keep in the air, versus what only feels that way because of lack of capacity, fear or "shoulds." The workshop includes practical tools for self-compassion, clarity on priorities, and language for asking for support.
Children are welcome to attend.

Kristina Wehrli is the founder of Compassionote. She supports mothers through early parenthood with her parent-centric approach: "It Starts with You" to unblock connection and unlock greater ease in parenting. Trained at the Jai Institute for Parenting, she helps parents develop skills grounded in their values and personalised tools that fit their actual lives. Kristina brings warmth and vulnerable honesty to her work, shaped by her own struggles in the parenting trenches.
