LITTLE PUMPKINS HALLOWEEN PARTY
Dear Friends,
We are excited to welcome your Little Pumpkins to our annual AWCZ Kids Corner Halloween Party!
This event is a Halloween costume party celebrating the fall season intended for children ages ~2-4 years old (pre-kindergarten age; babies also welcome), Sunday, October 25th from 10.00 - 11.30.
The morning will start with a family circle time including a story, music and movement. Then you and your children can explore various fall and Halloween craft activities, such as decorating mini pumpkins, making Halloween trick-or-treat bags, a sensory exploration station, and more to choose from! We will end the party with a costume parade and "healthy" trick or treating line, so we encourage all attendees to come in their Halloween costume including guardians!
Event notes:
* There should be one guardian per child, this is NOT a drop-off event.
* If you would like to invite more than one guardian per child, please make a note during registration and we will do our best to accommodate based on space availability.
* There will be a snack buffet for the entire family, and please feel free to contribute your own snacks to share (and in a fall or Halloween theme would be amazing!)
* For families with multiple children, there will be a CHF 10 discount for each additional child attending.
* All children who would like to participate in the circle time, crafts and trick or treating parade should register (while infant siblings do not need to register/pay!).
* Since this event is intended for toddlers, we will not include scary Halloween content. However, please note that the clubhouse might have Halloween-themed decorations such as spiders, skeletons, and bats.
* In case you have older children, there is also an afternoon party children ages 5 and above. Spooktacular Halloween registration.

Members have priority to register until September 25, 2025. The registration is open to the public after that.

AWCZ Cancellation and No Show Policy
The participant/s will be billed for the Little Pumpkins Halloween Party unless the participant has cancelled before the cancellation deadline.
Photo and Media Policy
By attending, you agree that the photographs and film recorded during the event that include your image may be used for promotional purposes by the AWCZ. When attending an event, please notify the organizer in advance that you don't want your photo or a video taken.
Personal Risk
Participation in AWCZ Activities or Events or the use of AWCZ property is entirely at the participant’s and/or organizer’s own discretion and/or own risk. Neither the AWCZ nor its representatives shall be held responsible for injury, damage, or loss incurred by anyone’s participation in AWCZ Events or the use of AWCZ property.
