SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN KIDS PARTY
Dear Friends,
We are excited to welcome you to our spookily-decorated clubhouse for our annual Kids Corner Halloween Party! Come dressed up in your Halloween costumes for an afternoon of fall fun, crafts, games and snacks. This event is intended for children ages 5 years and older and will take place on Sunday, October 25th from 13.00 - 15.00.
For our Spooktacular Halloween Kids Party, the children will be placed into groups by age and will rotate together through various activities including mini pumpkin and trick or treat bag decorating, fall critter creations, and magic potion and wand-making crafts. And we will finish with a Halloween costume parade filled with games, music and fun…with, of course, some candy for those with a sweet tooth!
Event notes:
* There should be one guardian per family, this is NOT a drop-off event.
* If you would like to invite more than one guardian per child, please make a note during registration and we will do our best to accommodate based on space availability.
* There will be a snack buffet for the entire family, and please feel free to contribute your own snacks to share.
* For families with multiple children, there will be a CHF 10 discount for each additional child attending.
* All children and guardians attending are welcome to join in a costume.
* In case you have younger children, there is also a morning party for our “Little Pumpkins”, ages 4 and younger. Little Pumpkins registration.

Members have priority to register until September 25, 2025. The registration is open to public after that.

AWCZ Cancellation and No Show Policy
The participant/s will be billed for the Little Pumpkins Halloween Party unless the participant has cancelled before the cancellation deadline.
Photo and Media Policy
By attending, you agree that the photographs and film recorded during the event that include your image may be used for promotional purposes by the AWCZ. When attending an event, please notify the organizer in advance that you don't want your photo or a video taken.
Personal Risk
Participation in AWCZ Activities or Events or the use of AWCZ property is entirely at the participant’s and/or organizer’s own discretion and/or own risk. Neither the AWCZ nor its representatives shall be held responsible for injury, damage, or loss incurred by anyone’s participation in AWCZ Events or the use of AWCZ property.
